Pile Caps are used to isolate the Blade Pile from the slab structure by creating an enlarged point of separation. The Pile Caps function as a structural slip joint between the pile and structure. This is particularly important in reactive clay sites, providing effective support for waffle raft slabs during periods when clays heave or shrink.

Used in conjunction with the Blade Pile it is a perfect concrete bored pier substitute providing simple solutions for tree affects, neighbouring footings, zero lot line boundaries, zone of influence, swimming pools, sewer lines and many other construction issues.
